Scholarship Redemption

To receive your DASFI scholarship funds, you must:

  1. Complete a semester as a full time University or College student, with a GPA of 2.5 or greater (on a 4.0 scale)
  2. Provide DASFI with an official grade transcript
    • No unofficial, email, photocopy or screen capture transcripts will be accepted
  3. Mail official transcript to:
    • DASFI
    • PO Box 111
    • Dodgeville, WI   53533
  4. Redeem by June 30, of the year following your graduation from Dodgeville High School
  5. Provide DASFI with your mailing address (so we can send you a check!)

If you do not accomplish the items above in your first semester, you do remain eligible for the scholarship if you qualify in your second semester.
